Hints for Email Server
A good tutorial for setting up an email server is Howto: ISP-style Email Server by Christoph Haas.
If you need to setup a webmail server (for accessing email through a web browser), please use SquirrelMail. It is by far the best webmail client we have seen. Whatever you do, don't even consider using Outlook Web Access.
